Returns policy

a) The purchaser has the right to withdraw from this contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a communication to the e-mail address info@dance.it

b) The purchaser is also required to return the product to CALZA SAN GIORGIO di Mauro Scaglioni, at his own expense, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the product. In order for the deadline to expire, the product is considered to be regularly returned when it is delivered to the accepting post office or to the shipper.

c) Following the return of the product, CALZA SAN GIORGIO di Mauro Scaglioni, carries out the checks described in the following section "Additional essential conditions to be observed for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal". It will be up to CALZA SAN GIORGIO di Mauro Scaglioni to inform the purchaser by e-mail in the event that following this verification the non-compliance with the other essential conditions is ascertained.

d) The right of withdrawal will be deemed exercised regularly and correctly only and exclusively if carried out in compliance with the methods and terms indicated in the provisions of the previous letter. a) - b) - c) and without prejudice to compliance with the additional essential conditions specified below.

In the event of regular and correct exercise of the right of withdrawal by the purchaser, CALZA SAN GIORGIO di Mauro Scaglioni, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which he became aware of the communication of withdrawal made by email, will reimburse to by bank transfer, or paypal the amounts received as consideration for the purchase of the product, excluding shipping costs.

FURTHER ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR THE CORRECT EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal will be deemed exercised regularly and correctly if the following essential conditions are fully respected: - the product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered; - the product must be returned in its substantial integrity and must not present any type of damage and / or discrepancy; - the product must not have been worn or used. - in the hypothesis in which the product is provided with the card, said card must not be removed or tampered with.

EFFECTS

a) With the receipt by CALZA SAN GIORGIO of Mauro Scaglioni, of the return request and subject, in any case, to timely compliance, by the purchaser, with both the terms prescribed for sending the said form and for the return of the product, and of the other essential conditions, the contracting parties are released from the respective obligations deriving from the sales contract.

b) If all the requirements regarding the right of withdrawal are not respected, the buyer is not entitled to reimbursement of the amounts paid as a consideration for the purchase of the product.
